Questions about official Volusia County criminal records belong with the office that created or maintains the file. This private resource cannot retrieve, amend, certify, seal, or expunge a record. The contacts below route court files to the Volusia Clerk, sheriff reports to VSO Records, custody details to county Corrections, and statewide history questions to FDLE.

This Is Not a Government Office. This privately run resource cannot obtain official records, conduct an official check, correct a file, or accept sealing or expunction papers. Contact the responsible government custodian.
